This 1974 Monaco was built by Dodge in March, 1974 and put into service in the Desert Palm Springs area. Allegedly, the Chippy who drove the car bought it at auction when CHP retired it. After driving it for years, he sold it to a friend in Nevada who kept it until about 2001. Dave Arnold purchased the Monaco in December 2001 from its fourth owner in San Diego, CA and began the restoration. The car's first showing was on July 27, 2002 in Paris, TX with the Beat The Heat. In July, 2004, I bought the car and shipped it to Germany |
