The PCOOA.com is open to anyone who owns a pre-1990 vehicle that is restored and/or marked as a police vehicle. Currently, we do not accept unmarked or late-model vehicle owners for membership. The purpose of the PCOOA.com is to showcase collector vehicles in an Internet setting. Please see the FAQ page. To apply and join the PCOOA.com, please copy the form below and paste it into an e mail. PCOOA.com will accept two photographs of your vehicle for inclusion on the Web site. If you own more than one marked, restored, pre-1990 police vehicle, you can submit a form and photos for each vehicle. Membership is FREE
