This car is being restored to represent a patrol car used by the Tactical Squad, a unit of nine deputies that were assigned marked and unmarked units to patrol problem areas in the County in addition to the normal patrols by both local and county units. As a personal note, this particular car is going to represent a car driven by my father who was a member of the Tactical Squad. This car was built in March of 1972. |
